Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of softbridgesolutionsllc.com and all customers of Softbridge Solutions LLC. It forms part of the Terms of Sale and the License Agreement.

1. Intended Use

1.1. The Website and our products are intended for use in game development — by companies, studios, professionals and individual developers alike.

1.2. Our products are development components (mathematical models and tools). They are not games, do not accept wagers, do not pay out winnings and are not gambling products. Purchasing our products does not provide any opportunity to play or win.

2. Lawful Use and Jurisdictional Compliance

2.1. You must use our products in compliance with all laws applicable to you and your products, in every jurisdiction where your products are made available.

2.2. If your games are subject to licensing, certification or other regulatory requirements (including gaming or gambling regulation), you are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required licenses and approvals before deploying products that incorporate our materials. You must not use our materials in any gambling product offered without a license in a jurisdiction where a license is required.

2.3. You must not purchase or use our products if you are: a resident of St. Vincent and the Grenadines; located in a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions; or listed on any applicable sanctions list.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• misrepresent your identity, business status or jurisdiction at checkout or in correspondence;
• pay with digital assets derived from unlawful activity, or route payments through mixers or sanctioned protocols;
• resell, redistribute or publish our materials in breach of the License Agreement;
• use our materials to create misleading claims about game odds or returns directed at end players;
• attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Website;
• use the Website or products in connection with any fraudulent or unlawful scheme.

4. Enforcement

4.1. We may decline or cancel orders, suspend Website access, terminate licenses (per the License Agreement) and report suspected unlawful activity to competent authorities where this Policy is breached.

4.2. We screen incoming payments; payments associated with sanctioned or high-risk sources may be rejected or returned, and related orders cancelled.
